PROPOSED PROGRAM AND PROJECTS

The implementation of our Mission of CLE has three major components in the following order of priority:

1. The Natural Farm and Forest (organic Agro-Forestry)
2. Training Center
3. Wholistic Wellness and Spa

I. THE NATURAL FARM AND FOREST

Using the ecological sound agricultural technologies similar to SALT 1, SALT 2, SALT3, and SALT 4 propagated by MBRLC (Mindanao Baptist Rural Life Center), ACLE will raise animals (cows, goats, and rabbits) as well as grow vegetables the natural organic way (i.e., using absolutely NO chemical fertilizers, insecticides and pesticides.  Besides vegetables, the farm will grown a variety of fruits and crops suitable for export as well as domestic consumption.

The Natural Farm will be surrounded by trees of all kinds (fruit-bearing as well as timber) where Transformational Teen Camps may be held all year round.  The purpose of the Teen Camp is for the Youth to learn to appreciate their kinship with Mother Nature and importantly to learn to take full responsibility for the caring, nurturing, preserving, and enhancing God’s natural endowments.

The Natural Farm and Forest will also serve as the setting or context upon which business and government leaders (top and middle managers) – when they come to the Training Center to attend management and leadership seminars – will learn the urgent need for ecological balance and the value of SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT as strategic imperatives in their own particular organizations.

II. TRAINING CENTER FOR EMPOWERMENT

The Wholistic Leadership Empowerment Center, as a non-profit, non-stock corporate NGO, shall operate a Training Center within an ecologically harmonious FARM-FOREST.

The organic FARM is the context upon which students and workshop participants will find on-the-spot, direct application of Universal Life Principles learned in experiential seminars, workshops, classes, and courses offered by the WLEC.

The WLEC FARM provides a metaphor, as in “a garden of support,” nurturing people towards their natural growth, evolution, and transformation, an approach that is totally harmonious with Nature.

WLEC will offer certificate and diploma programs, workshops, and experiential seminars to the public as well as corporate and non-business organizations. These seminars for corporations and government agencies are lived-in, ranging from 4 days to 10 days.  Suitable accommodations in the form of rustic dormitories and cottages in a natural Philippine setting will be provided. The Seminar Training Room will be either circular or octagonal in shape, with geodesic dome-like design with Mindanao cultural influence. It will be adjacent to the dining room.

III. WHOLISTIC WELLNESS CENTER & SPA

This third component of WLEC will only be implemented once the Farm/Forest and Training Centre have been fully made operational. The focus of the wholistic Wellness Center and Spa is on providing preventive as opposed to curative treatments of degenerative diseases that plague modern civilization (e.g., cardiovascular diseases, cancer, etc.)

The Wellness Center will utilize only natural herbs (most of which are grown in the Farm/Forest) as well as other non-invasive therapy that are both safe and effective (such as naturopathy, herbology, colonic irrigation, natural detoxification, cleansing diets, prayer and meditation, stretching and breathing exercises, and wholesome lifestyle).

Educating the public on the value of natural nutrition, disease prevention and life extension is an important component of the Mission. The Wellness Center will be staffed by trained medical practitioners (nurses and other health practitioners).
