WHOLISTIC LEADERSHIP EMPOWERMENT CENTER, NGO

VISION STATEMENT

Founded by Dr. Andre San Agustin in 2009, the Wholistic Leadership Empowerment Center is a non-profit, non-stock educational NGO for the purpose of promoting a culture of:

• Leadership empowerment thru high emotional and spiritual intelligence (EQ and SQ)
• Abundance and prosperity
• Principle-centered and transformational leadership
• Ecological balance towards sustainable development
• Quality Excellence through Total Quality Management
• Self-managed teamwork
• Unconditional love
• Integrity
• Creativity and Innovation
• Authentic communication
• Self-reliance and personal empowerment
• High-level wellness

at all levels within any group, organization, community or region.

The implementation of this educational aim is through the establishment of a Training Center within an ecologically harmonious FARM/FOREST situated in mountain area anywhere in the Philippines.

The organic Agro-Forestry, which uses environmentally beneficial technology, is the context upon which students and workshop participants will experience on-the-spot, direct application of Universal Principles which are being taught in experiential seminars, workshops, classes, and courses offered by this NGO. The Farm/Forest provides a metaphor, as in a “garden of support” towards the natural evolution, growth, and transformation of individuals – an approach that is totally harmonious with Nature.

Thus, reforestation and agro-forestry are the initial priorities before the Training Center (WLEC’s secondary project) and the Wholistic Wellness & Longevity Spa (WLEC’s tertiary project) can be pursued.

WHOLISTIC ORIENTATION

All the courses, classes, seminars/workshops and programs offered by CLE are designed to be wholistic in nature. This means the approach considers the Whole Person as in the following chart:

In the above chart, the physical body, emotional/psychological, as well as material aspects of one’s life are equally permeated by a spiritual (rather than religious) foundation that unites rather than separates.

MISSION STATEMENT

As a non-profit teaching and research Center, the overall mission of WLEC is the formation of a Culture or Consciousness of Excellence described in the first paragraph of the Vision Statement.

Living, learning, and teaching Universal Principles as the central basis for long-term personal and organizational renewal and transformation, WLEC serves as a catalyst for individuals, groups, and organizations to:

• Empower themselves
• Pursue increasing levels of excellence and self-reliance
• Restore Earth’s ecological balance towards sustainability
• Communicate with authenticity
• Bridge differences with integrity
• Relate with love and respect
• Express principle-centered leadership
• Manifest abundance and prosperity

As we empower others, so are we empowered by a Higher Power (Spirit) within and beyond ourselves.
