WHO IS DR. ANDRE?

Dr. Andre San Agustin is an international seminar trainer who leads seminars and workshops in the U.S., Mexico and the Philippines.

His expertise lies in conducting experiential seminars that are intended to transform the mindsets of participants towards greater empowerment and leadership for increased productivity as well as greater personal fulfillment.

His 4-day intensive seminar is unique in its main thrust of enhancing both the individual’s EQ (Emotional Intelligence) as well as SQ (Spiritual Intelligence).

His varied client list includes both large and small corporations as well as government agencies.

Dr. Andre has a Ph.D. in Management Psychology from Pennsylvania State University while his MBA is from the University of Rhode Island, USA.  Although a working student in college, he graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. degree from the University of the East.

He has been the recipient of several awards on Teaching Excellence from major U.S. universities before returning to his home country, the Philippines to teach at the Asian Institute of Management.

His current interest is in promoting High Level Wellness as well as Abundance & Prosperity using our innate Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence among our leaders, managers and educators. 

He founded the Wholistic Leadership Empowerment Center Inc, a non-profit community development organization in Cagayan de Oro City.

EXPERIENCE:

Founder & Master Trainer, Wholistic Leadership Empowerment Center, , a nonprofit, community development NGO for the purpose developing a culture of excellence, Spiritual empowerment and Self- reliance as well as prosperity among Filipinos.

18 years of full-time teaching in the U.S.: University of Arizona, Manhattan College and Iona College in New York, and University of San Francisco and University of San Diego in California. As an A.I.M. Professor, he has conducted several classes in Indonesia and Thailand.

Management experience: Research Director for the New York headquarters of Marsteller Inc., an international advertising and public relations subsidiary of Young & Rubicam. Chairman of the marketing department, Manhattan College in New York.

As a master trainer and motivational speaker specializing in personal empowerment of leaders, he conducts seminars covering a wide range of topics, including transformational leadership team excellence, TQM, holistic high-level wellness, and self-empowerment of educators, business executives, and government officials. Conducted numerous experiential seminars in Boston, New York, San Francisco, Honolulu, Scotland, Philippines, and Mexico.
