LEADERSHIP EMPOWERMENT SEMINAR USING EQ* & SQ**

A unique NEW approach to leadership development

Participants

Leaders and potential leaders in business, government, and NGOs

Objectives

Recent research among managers has shown that Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is 2.6 times more predictive of executive success than Intellectual Intelligence (IQ).  Now, with the recent introduction of SQ (Spiritual Intelligence), it is being proposed that a more enduring foundation or source for high EQ would be high SQ**

This leadership empowerment seminar is unique in its emphasis on utilizing both EQ and SQ as foundational disciplines toward personal and managerial effectiveness.  Participants’ work attitudes and values are transformed from within the individual, thus resulting in greater productivity but more importantly greater fulfillment and satisfaction.

Specifically, the areas of inner transformation are targeted along the following:

1. Leadership Effectiveness.  Participants will learn how to provide the inspirational Value-Centered leadership and management required to bring into action the Vision, Mission, Strategies and Goals of Your Organization.

2.Teamwork.  Participants will acquire the necessary Attitudes, Beliefs, and Values for unifying Your Organization’s management team in working together harmoniously and synergistically towards the fulfillment of its priorities.

3.Excellence.  Participants will learn the basic tenets of Total Quality Management (TQM) as a means of professionalizing the management and leadership of the organization.  They will also learn how to experientially integrate these Values of Excellence with Your Organization’s Vision/Mission statement, live these Values, and become role models for all other employees of the firm.

4.High Level Wellness.   Participants will learn the principles for living a life of stress-free peak performance integrating holistically one’s physical health, emotional and spiritual well-being, thus reducing possibility of executive burnout and illness.
